Shipping
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $250. 

All items within the U.S. are shipped via USPS or UPS while international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Service or DHL.

Orders placed after 3:00pm PST, holidays or weekends are shipped the next business day. A shipment confirmation will be sent to you with a tracking number.

If an order is needed within a very short delivery window, please reach out to us. 

Returns
Wasn't perfect? Please email hello@shopneutralground.com for a return shipping label. Returns are accepted on unworn/unused items only within 30 days of purchase with a 15% re-stocking fee.
